Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Kintable Inc. ("Kintable", "we", "us") operates the website kintable.ai and the Kintable AI platform. Questions about this policy can be submitted through our contact form.
2. Information we collect
On this website we collect: contact details you submit through our forms (such as your work email and the workflow you describe), and usage analytics collected via Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and interaction events such as button clicks). Within the Kintable platform, customers control the business data they store; we process it only to provide the service.
3. How we use information
We use contact information to respond to your requests, provide early access, and send relevant product communications. We use analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to improve content and conversion paths. We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies, local storage, and analytics
Kintable uses browser storage that is necessary to remember your region and privacy choices. With your consent, Kintable also loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and interactions. Google Analytics is disabled by default and does not load unless you select Accept analytics.
| Storage | Provider | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
kintable-cookie-consent | Kintable | Remembers whether analytics was accepted or rejected. | Until cleared or the consent format changes |
kintable-region | Kintable | Remembers the region selected for localized site content. | Until cleared |
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Distinguishes browser instances and measures site usage after consent. | Up to 13 months under Kintable's configuration |
Analytics data can include pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referrer information, and interactions such as CTA clicks. Kintable disables Google signals and advertising-personalization signals in its GA4 configuration. Google may process analytics data under its own service terms and privacy disclosures.
You can accept or reject analytics from the first-visit banner. You can change your choice later through Cookie Settings in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to the website. When analytics is rejected, Kintable removes GA cookies that it can access from this domain.
5. Data retention and security
We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship. Platform data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with daily snapshot backups. See our security overview for details on SSO, permissions, audit logs, secure cloud controls, and custom enterprise implementation consultation.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, submit a request through our contact form.
