Terms of Service
Last updated: June 10, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing kintable.ai or using the Kintable AI platform, you agree to these terms. If you use Kintable on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. Enterprise customers may have a separate signed agreement that supersedes these terms.
2. The service
Kintable provides an AI-native platform that generates relational databases, forms, workflow automations, and portals from natural-language prompts, and connects to third-party tools you authorize. Commercial scope, service terms, features, and limits are documented in the applicable order form or agreement.
3. Your data
You own the data you store in Kintable. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service — hosting, processing, backing up, and displaying your data to the users you authorize. Connected third-party tools remain governed by their own terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Kintable to violate the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or attempt to breach the security of the service or other customers' workspaces.
5. Commercial terms
Fees, service limits, renewal terms, and cancellation rights are documented in the applicable order form or signed agreement.
6. Availability and support
Availability, support channels, service levels, and maintenance commitments are defined by the applicable service terms or signed agreement.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim, except where the law does not permit such limits.
